1. EVENT INFORMATION

Event Date: July 11th, 2026

Venue: Boeing Center @ Tech Port

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Multi-Camera Production, Technical Direction, Audio Engineering, Live Streaming, Broadcast

Graphics, Fighter Walkout Graphics, Tale of the Tape Graphics, Event Recording, and Broadcast

Distribution.

3. PRODUCTION FEE

Total Fee: $5,000

Deposit: $2,500

Balance Due: $2,500

4. PAY-PER-VIEW REVENUE

FISTS AND GLORY shall retain 100% of all PPV revenue generated from the event. Livestream

Media Network is compensated solely through the agreed production fee unless otherwise agreed

in writing.

5. PROMOTER RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide venue access, production space, electrical power, credentials, fight card information, and

sponsor information.

6. CANCELLATION

Deposits are non-refundable once production preparation begins. Cancellation within 14 days

requires payment of 50% of the remaining balance. Cancellation within 7 days requires payment of

the full contracted amount.

7. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

Electronic and emailed signatures are considered legally binding.

8. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
